The $120,000 will not be enough even to buy one two bedroomed apartment in a secured area or upmarket. My advise is buy a plot ( a piece of land) then build two bungalow or maisonnete . Dear Mashwani, For sure the cost of living has gone. for example electricity has gone up by more than 21%. In my home in Kilimani I used to pay electricity bill 2,000 , now am paying 5,000 plus. fuel cost and housing has also gone up. KNH does not really have a website but they have links. Write your application to the managing director with all your details.
