There is no problem with power in nairobi unless you. at least we are sure of sufficient supply on daily basis , unless on some days but not for long. Internet is good as well , unless you go out side of nairobi where it is a bit not promising . drinking water is available but you may need to buy safe drinking water while you travel around. I would like to answer your question but i believe the costs of living in kenya vary a lot. where will you be residing? if within the city then it will obviously be more expensive as opposed to living in an appartment where you have a choice to eat out or buy and make food at home.
