Hi, everyone~

I'm a student from China and I'm looking for a room for 3 months from September 23th to December 19th.

It will be great if the room is furnished (including the electricity and water) and with kitchen and internet.

Location of the room is better in Gigiri or Muthaiga;

My budget for the price is about 20,000 ksh per month and it is negotiable.

Please contact me if you have the room to rent or share.

Regards,

Qian from China

55,000? It's too expensive. Is it possible for me to rent a room at a price about 35,000?

HI Qian,

Yes you can get shared accomodation for 35,000. Email me so that I can send you the photos and further details. The shared accomodation is in Westlands near sarit centre.

Kshs 55,000 is not expensive for one bedroom apartment. Actually its a standard rate.

Regards
Paula

Hi Qian,

Hope this email gets u well.
Your budget is on the lower side considering the places you want a house.
Just let me know I can send you photos of Furnished Apartments and you decide on which one you can take.

Regards

Nam.
