Looking for a warm coat

Hello everybody,
I am a female who is travelling to Russia at the beginning of Feb in shaa Allah, and i would like to ask where from i can buy a warm cheap coat , shoes ,and generlly clothes that matches the weather there.
I know it is almost the last minute to ask now, but if you know any place or suggestions please email me soon,
