Request for info to follow fiancee to Egypt

Dear all,

My name is Louisa, I am an Indonesian currently working in Singapore. Recently my finacee got an offer from Egypt local company to work with them there. Could any of you tell me whether I and my daughter (4 years old) can follow with him as his dependent in Egypt? If yes, what is the process. If no, how can I and my daughter continue to stay with him and whether my daughter can go to the international school in Egypt?

Secondly, can we get married in Egypt? what are the requirements for the foreigners to get married in Egypt?
