Hospitals near red sea..

Hi!

I was in holiday in El Gouna and I have started to think, if I could move there or Hurghada some day... I'm radiographer, so I would like to know is there any hospital where is radiology department? And is there any need for X-ray specialist/nurse? MRI-scanning is my speciality but I can do any job with X-rays.. I try to find some information from internet, but there was very little information for hospitals.. If you know more for hospitals, please tell me too
