So.... Can you get from Greece to Egypt via water or no

So Im reading mostly that you cant be a freight passenger, but also saw a posting about a passenger ship from 2001.

Wondering if anyone has up to date information as to whether or not you can find a way to get from southern Greece to Port Said or something?
