I've spent my holidays for the previous 4 years in Luxor,I've fell in love with Egypt and met a lot of friends (and one very special lady.)Can anyone offer advice on how I go about moving to Luxor permanently?
Can I build a home there and apply for a residence visa?
Who do I speak to first to make initial plans?.
Any advice would be welcome.
