Tours in Egypt

I am doing a 10 day tour of Israel from the 15th to the 25th but don't leave back for the U.S. until August 5th. I was looking to do all of the remainder in Egypt but I am pretty open as far as where to go and when. I don't mind the budget approach but going up to midline is not a problem. I'm 37 years old, single and reside in Austin, Tx.
