Travelling to Egypt in December

Hello,
I am travelling to Sham el Sheikh, Egypt in December 2005. i was hoping you
can provide me with some information on travelling in egypt. I am looking
for info on the following:
1. Is is possible to get a taxi or coach from Sham el sheik to Luxor?? if
so, are coaches available on a daily basis and would it be possible to book
the seat on the day?? would you also know an estimate cost per person on the
coach or to take a taxi??
1. Is it also possible to take coach from Cairo to Sham el Sheikh and again
whether its possible to book on the day??
