I may not be sure what business model you wanna use but if you're able to find a yard in Lusaka, Kitwe or Nolan (all in Zambia) I can guarantee you success. There is currently a shift among the high earners from Japanese vehicles to European brand's and those few that have set up have regretted not. I hAve worked in this industry and I am speaking from experience.
