Information about Rwanda

If you have been to Rwanda or know of anyone there now or that has been there recently please correspond with me. I am based in california for the presnet time but reside in florida in the US. I expect to travel there fall 2001 or summer 2002. I need HONEST information about the country. I do outreach for the Catholic Church in Rwanda but my email and correspondence sometimes gets misrouted and sometime the power is not on over there.
