Need info on immigration and family reunion TO Senegal/Ghana

Greetings people,

My husband (British citizen), my mother and I are thinking about moving to Senegal or Ghana (we have lots of friends in both), but I need to sort out a few family reunion questions, my mother being a Russian citizen and all that. Where can I get this information -- long-term immigration, family reunion, etc? I've been all over the Internet but couldn't find anything. Embassy sites only provide travel information, but not long-term immigration.

Do you happen to know any sites or addresses you could send me to? Thanks a lot!
