I was born in Jinja in 1965 and do not have a copy of my birth certificate. Does anyone know how I can get this arranged?. Replies would be appreciated

Did you manage to get a replacement birth certificate? If so, can you please show me the pathway? I need a birth certificate. I have looked @ NIRA site but cannot work out how much to pay, how and where, etc. would be grateful for advise.
