Going through the internet I have seen a house that I feel like I would like to live in when I come back home. However, have trying to reach the Realtor without success. I have written emails but no answer. Is that the norm for businesses not being serious with what they advertise? Just curious. How reliable are these agents who advertise houses in the net? tzaadverts.com Thanks. I wish someone will comeback to me.

I am still looking for a House to buy in Mbezi Beach Dar esSalaam. I have located one and would like one of the tza agents to come back to me for initial communication. I am about to come back home. I have located one of the houses in Mbezi Beach but no one has answered my emails.

At Mbezi beach area the house for purchase are so many depends on your budget but there is a house of 4 bedrooms but 3 bedroom self contained with tiles the price is $ 250,000. this is at Jogoo bus stop. the other house I have seen nearby the Bagamoyo road with the price of $ 400,000. all houses have the title deed
