I can suggest something for you and am sure you'll enjoy it as i have experience a very wounderful moment in Zanzibar while staying at Mtoni marine center!! four km from stone town, along the beach,historical site in side the hotel ( former sultan house during colonial period ), nice environment and lots of shuttle buses to town for only $45 just an additional of $15 from your budget and am sure all this things can not be found on those guest house listed like Malindi,
