Location
• Situated on the beach at the East Coast of Zanzibar, 40 km from Stone Town, near to the traditional fishing village of Uroa.
• A highly exclusive location on a private and quiet area
Site
• Actual size are 70 meters X 55 meters
Existing House
• There are 4 sea view rooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs, in a 2 storey building.
• All of them are furnished with Fans, European bathrooms with hot and cold water , which can be used as double or twin bed rooms.
• Each room is furnished locally and has a typical Zanzibari touch.
• The ground floor is made of concrete blocks covered by palm tree leaves (Makuti).
• The first floor is made of palm tree leaves alone, in typical African style.
Facilities
• A traditional Restaurant that can serve up to 50 guests presently, but there is space for expansion, so the restaurant could serve up to 200 guests.
