Nursingjobs?

Hello, I´m a Swedish woman who works as a nurse in a ward which specialises in infectious diseases. I would like to work in Tanzania/Zanzibar as a nurse for some time, does anyone know how to get in contact with different helth care centers or hospitals in these places?
