Wonder Boy "Khalifa"

Recently I have seen a vedio recording of a boy of about 6/7 years reciting Quran. The narrator says the name of the boy is Khalifa .. from Tanzania and the boy has become a spiritual leader of muslim . It says the boy can answeer any question in regards to Islam etc and have learned every naturally

I have heard about the video of this wonder boy preaching Islam and speaking several languages. Can some readers who have seen the video comment on the whole issue. Is this a modern 'miracle' or is there some gimmick like the false 'faith healers' among the evangelist.
