Hi, I am a new elementary teacher living in the Philadelphia area. I recently learned of an opportunity to teach at a new international school opening in Shinyanga, Tanzania. I have never visited Africa and know little about the Tanzania, specifically the city of Shinyanga. I would like to know if this is a safe area and what the life is like there. I am considering moving there for a 2 year position if I am accepted. I would like to know the thoughts on this city from people who know a lot about it. I am trying to research the city and want to make sure I make a good decision in moving there. Thank you for an information you have!!!
