1. What is Cost of Living? Is it managable in USD1,200/- plus Accomodation.

2. What is Income Tax rate or applicable taxes for Non residents.

Living in Tanzania is cheap.
$300 Accomodation,
$300 food
$300 Transport and other luxury

Tax: is calculated equally, and for $1,200,000 u can ca be taxed neary $300

"www.thearushahotel.com ,.It is part of Mac Group Tanzania. I want to
know about the company how reliable they are? They are offering me
$2500 pm. Want to relocate with my family , my wife & 4 yrs old
daughter. Is my salary would be sufficient to to save & survive in
Dar es sallam & how safe is it to relocate with family.

I shall be highly obliged to you if any body give me your valuable advise.

I have a empty property in Dar es salaams. 2 bed rooms. Simple furniture can be arranged. I am based in UK. when i have a project in Dar es salaams I live that property. Well kept and plenty of water supply. Food can be arranged and
a servant can be provided.
