Hi All

We are moving to Durban in April this year and need some advise on where to live. My husband will be working near the port area but is willing to commute as long as not sitting in traffic jams for hours and hours. We don't want to live actually in Durban and would prefer one of the surrounding suburbs. Ideally looking for some space, smallholding sort of plot.
So far can't decide whether to go North to Balito area or head inland to the Kloof/Hillcrest area. We need to take schooling into account. Any and all advise will help. Our budget is flexible.

Thanks in advance

The Quays is located on a canal-fronting site at Timeball Square on the Durban Point Waterfront and comprises a 10-storey, top-of-the-range apartment block. The ground floor of The Quays apartment block consists of restaurant and retail outlets, and the remaining floors will accommodate 20, two and three bedroom apartments and 6 luxurious penthouses.

have a fun..
