Several years ago, in about 2003 or 2004, I spoke with a South African attorney who had had some issues and was eventually restricted from praticing. As I recall, the incident which led to his restriction had something to do with being on an airfield at the wrong time and perhaps having had some words with a judge.
I would like to find this gentleman again, if possible. Would anyone recall the person about who I am speaking?
The issue revolved around a possible court challenge to Chapter 2.(2) of SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENSHIP ACT, 1995 (NO. 88 OF 1995: SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENSHIP ACT, 1995).
