Investing in Moz

Hello hope your all well . I am loooking to buy or rent land in moz pref between tofo and viliancolus to build a backpackers , would it be better to get out there and get land there or start looking this side currently in uk , do have investors any help would be fab !!

Some of the basics are at www.cpi.co.mz but to obtain a lease on a piece of land you will firstly have to get a majority Moz partner or reg your own company in Moz. Not straightforward but doable with help.
