Hi, my name is Maurice and I an a keen surfer so I would like to buy a small apartment in Taghazout or maybe even a small plot to build, both must have sea view.I speak both French & English.Even if the apt needs tlc that would be fine.

Taghazout is a superb location and still very undeveloped and keen to possibly buy a 2 bedroom apartment on the north side of the village on the beach or possibly even on Anchor point.

Any information on land available, cost of building and approximate costs and location of current places for sale would be greatly appreciated.

Im flying out in November to look at a few places if any one knows of any places for sale in this great little town please let me know asap. This is my third visit so im hoping to get somthing sorted this time. can you recommend any good agents?????

Maurice, what's up?? i use to sure in Taghazout when I was in my 20's, I was born in Kenitra city of the Surf EL MOUNE" ask they will lead you to it, bug waives, Now I live in US, in Newport beach city right next door Huntington Beach very known city to surfers. I'm very Joules of you , that your going to Taghazout. i miss it a lot

Its good that you want new house. I think you could contact property adviser or real estate agent. They should tell about good houses and apartments.
