Television

I am moving to Marrakech in August, and was wondering if it is possible to get UK television out there, the problem is that we are not allowed a large satelite on the outside of our property. I believe there is cable where we are, nut I guess it will be set to receive Moroccan and French stations.
Does anybody know if it is possible?
