Land for Investiment Available

Dear sir/madam,
We have land more than 150 Hectors for Investment and other development draft proposal. We are two Tanzanian company, mperella Company Limited and Oceanic and Wild (T) Ltd, all registered on Tanzania with the aim of land development project.
According to Tanzania laws, any foreigner company/individual is not allowed to buy land unless he/she has partnership with local company/individual. And this case has some technical problem on find the good land for given project. So we have initiated the network of all information needed to all project possible for land development management, from agriculture, Industry/factory (example cement/ lime stone/ gypsum and other type of law material), mining and tourism.
Our duet is to have partnership with investors, in which our responsibility is to find the land and prepare the paper of ownership of the land and the investor is duet is to provide the technology and capital for project.

But also we initiate project from the investor side mean the investor tell us the project he want to run in Tanzania and the size of land he wish the project will fit. We arrange the land according to the project and from there we become partner, in which we guarantee the land and investor guarantee the capital and the technology.

Hello,

I am interested in developing affordable / mid income housing in Africa and need land for the same.

I am interested in the following six countries:
-Malawi
-Tanzania
-South Africa
-Madagascar
-Angola
-Nigeria
For our preliminary evaluation, we are interested in the following parameters:

1) Typical carpet to Built up Ratio – For example, the built up area measured by external walls of a structure may be 1000 sq.ft but the actual carpet area in the unit might only be 800 sq.ft thus giving a ratio of 0.8 or 80%.
2) Typical Floor Area / Plot Area Ratio – For example, if the land area is 1000 sqft and the built up area permitted on this land 2000 sqft, that gives a ratio of 2 or 200%.
3) Land cost for an affordable housing scheme targeting the mass population – any indication would be good at this time. We are also running a location strategy side by side and will narrow down to certain micro markets but at the moment if you could provide a sample indication including price and location, that will be very helpful.
4) Infrastructure cost to make it a serviced land –

6) Typical construction cost of an affordable housing unit including characteristics of the unit (example: ceramic tiles, stone walls, iron roof, 1 bathroom, etc)
