(truck driving, engineering, repairs, agriculture...)

I am a 29 year old mechanical engineer, with a broad knowledge/skills from Switzerland.
I am interested in working for some month in (pref. eastern)Africa, either as a volunteer or a JPO with a NGO, e.g. im the field or any other interesting Job (not necessarily as an engineer, see skills below)

I am now working for about 3 years as a mechanical engineer, doing calculations, project management and design.

During my studies I used to work on farms, in field and barn as well as servicing and repairing machines and vehicles.
I used to drive trucks and mini buses, repaired and serviced and dealed with cars

My mother tongue is German, I do have good English skills, written and spoken, and am able to communicate in French.
I do have very good IT user skills, but not the ones of a professional programmer/IT specialist.

Beside beeing used to drive all kind of vehicles incl. trucks and tractors in difficult situations, I am used to boats incl. driving motorboats, as this is my primary military education (second is truck driver)

I am also used to get involved with other cultures, as travelling is one of my hobbies. I backpacked through Kenya and Tanzania and Australia and I travelled the Sahara several times in my own car.
