Hotels and more

Hi,
I'll be in Mauritius for a few days in July.
I need some information on how far the following hotels are from the airport and/or main attractions:
Le Pearle
Le Plantation
Gold Beach resort.
Also, is it expensive to go visit places in a cab/taxi? If so what are the normal rates?
Are car rentals available?
Any information will be appreciated

from the airport to this hotel
you need with a taxi arround 1 - 1,5 hours,
depend on the time and rush hour

price for a daytour with a taxi is arround 1600 - 1800 rs

car rentals:
a smal one, no AC, mauritian company,check the car and insurence: 30 Euro
Avis or Hertz 50 Euro
