work in mauritius

Hey my name is katy,
I have just returned from a fantastic holiday in mauritius for the second year running and i would love to go and work out there for a year. I have just finished my a levels and i want to make a career in travel and tourism. I know some people that live in mauritius aswell as some mauritians that live in england, what would be the best thing to do if i would like to go and work out there for a year? please advise me as i really want to go back out there.
