Maritim & Hilton hotels - advice please

We can't decide which of these hotels to spend our honeymoon in next August. Any advice, tips and reviews would be much appreciated. Is is worth upgrading rooms in any of them?

Both hotels are very nice, but however if I had to choose I would go for the Maritim.
Its our winter here in August and the weather is usually nicer in Balaclava where Maritim is situated. It is also worth upgrading to a sea view room in my opinion.
I am sure you wont be disapointed and will have a wonderful honeymoon.
