move to London as an RN from Mauritius

i am a nurse working in India(4 years Experience). Now i got an opportunity in Mauritius as a staff nurse with a salary of 35000 per month, My actual ambition is to work as an RN in UK, could anyone can guide me what is the actual process to move to UK, how is the level of IELTS in Mauritius (standard of Band needed in IELTS), financially the cost of the process. your guidelines are greatly appreciated.
