cost of living in mauratiatus

i am a CA from india and have a job offer

i have got an offer form a mauratiaus comapny

They are offering 73,000.00 MUR per month + education for 2 child up to 14600 MUR per month + medical.

I have to manage for Myself + wife + 1 child having age of 4 years and one of 1 year

can any one help with

01 Rent for 4 family member
02 Fooding expenses
03 Car & fule expense
04 GAS / FULE / ELECTRICITY
05 other cell / internet etc
06 TV / dish cost
07 CAR to be buy second hand or on hire cost.
