Unfortunately the closest you could get to a lion is at the Animal Orphanage but at the National Park where they roam the jungles you can get very close to take nice pictures but noone is allowed to get out from vehicles in the parks.
A lion can be very dangerous especially a female with cubs.
Email me if you want to come to Kenya.

Kinuthia: I did not know there were Jungles in Kenya!!

Hi Kdramirez
It is not possible to hold a baby lion whilst on safari - they are wild animals and the "mums" would not be too happy <img src="[www.africaguide.com]] as Kinuthia says you are not allowed to leave your safari vehicle in the National Parks.

Please be very wary of tour operators advertising their services on this forum board.

If you are looking for a Kenyan Safari, then check our some the the itineraries listed in our Travel Center at this URL

http://www.africaguide.com/travel/index.php?cmd=1&type=1&country_id=24

these are all offered by registered and reputable companies.

I think what your looking for is a zoo. If there is a demand for 'petting' baby wild animals then what happens is some idiot will no doubt provide such a service - can you imagine!!
If you want to pet baby animals go to a cat rescue home!

Sorry! I did not mean to offend you so much. Not being much of a world traveler, I was just trying to figure out what to expect . . . not to come over and disrupt the delicate balance of nature! It's a good thing we are coming over for a higher purpose than to simply take a safari.
