Living Cost

Hello,
I will be moving to Botswana in july 2007. I would like some information on the cost of living there.
I will be moving with my husband and daughter (2 years old). The costs I would like to know (per month):
rent (4 bedroom house)
food
fuel
creche
water/electricity bill
phone bill (landline)
internet (fastest connection possible+wireless)
health insurance (3 people)

If anyone could give me a rough idea of how much we would need per month to cover our living expenses.

I have premises just outside Gaborone ideal for a unique artsy restaurant and I am interested in an artistic type to come in as a partner and/or manager. Ideally a couple needing to break the box (not just think outside one). My idea is a restaurant offering tradional food, art, music, book readings, small play ground for kids... This is the thinking stage...
I also have 10 hacters with a borehole ideal for goat farming. A business partner with experience in goat meat, milk and cheese out there?
