Hi phuongdh, I am a Malaysian going to Ivory Coast in a few months. Ivory Coast also has no embassy in Malaysia. I want to check with you, did you go to the consulate in Singapore to get the visa? Was there any trouble getting the visa from there?
I know that the French Embassy here (and possibly in other countries too) can issue the visa for certain West African countries, Ivory Coast being one of them, where such countries don't have an Embassy in the host country. However, I would prefer to get the visa from the Consulate in Singapore, so I just want to check with you.
