what lodgings? orphanages?

A group of us are travelling to Harare in May. What accomodations are recmmended? Preferably with air codition and CHEAP. Hah. At the same time, we would like to bring things over. Has anyone done humanitarian work at Harare and can advise on the relief items to bring over and the orphanges that need help? URGENT and send me an email if you can offer your services.
