Snorkeling and Diving in January/February

Dear people,

We are planning a trip to Mozambique in January/February. Our main goal is to do some good snorkeling. My question is :
How is the visibilty in that period of the year ?
Is there some good snorkeling or are there just to many rainy days that spoils the visibility ?
