migrate to mauritius

hello, i'm a 22 year old belgian, seriously planning to move to mauritius in 2 or 3 years. could anyone please tell me if it's required to hold a certain certificate or diploma to start a business in mauritius, such as a bar, or a small hotel/guest house?
i'd also like to get in touch with some locals. could anyone help me? i'd like to talk about life over there before i rush into something.
