Rochester Guest House is centrally situated and is only a stone’s throw from the Westport Shopping Cent re, which hosts various shops and restaurants, pubs, a laundry, pharmacy, doctor’s surgery and a Spar Supermarket for grocery and personal needs. The famous Blouberg Beach and various popular restaurants i.e. “On the Rocks” and “Ons Huisie” are a five-minute’s drive away.
Surfing, kitesurfing or simply a walk on the promenade with our famous view of Table Mountain is a must for all holiday makers. The Grand West Casino, Ratanga Junction and V & A Waterfront are all in close proximity and are easily accessible.
The beautiful Bloubergstrand beach is a short 5-minute drive from the guesthouse.

Travel R27 route Otto du Plessis Drive, pass Bayside Shopping Mall on your right. Pass two robots into Sandown Road, turn left, pass two stop streets and a circle continue up to the corner of 45 Sandown Road and 1 Rochester road. You will see West Port Mall come up at you; Rochester Guest House will be on your left: Dutch Style Guest House, white walls African pots outside of house.
