Hostel Riad Marrakech Rouge is the bright, soulful home for down to earth, adventurous, happy travellers with an open mind and heart, ready to extend their comfort zone and experience the sparkly maze of Marrakech and beyond.There is a choice of clean, comfortable private rooms and mixed dormitories to rest your head. Relax in one of the many communal areas; a rainbow rug draped, pumpkin adorned (yes – it is Berber decoration) courtyard lounge where breakfast is served and entertainment is spontaneous.

Share the sun on the terrace with new friends and the odd inquisitive tortoise, or seek the shade in the Berber tent with a view (and satellite TV). Defying the winding staircases, our staff will bring you tea, coffee and shisha all day and all night long; the views are amazing and the company is marvellous!If you feel able to tear yourself away our staff know the city of Marrakech better than any Google search!

If you fancy yourself as a bit of a chef, we can offer COOKERY courses from bargaining for tomatoes in the vegetable souq, to a finished tagine to be shared (it is after all a hostel!)

How To Find Us

Riad Marrakech Rouge is situated in the centre of
the souqs next to Place D'Jeema E Fna. It is also
only a few minutes by foot to major attractions such
as Palais Bahia and the Mellah - the Jewish
quarter, famous for its spice markets.

If you are facing Cafe de France in the main square
- it has big Coca Cola signs - take the street
straight on which is immediately to the left of the
cafe (there is a little newspaper stand)
You will bear right where the road ends. This road
is called Riad Zitoune Jedid.
Walk straight on and through a traditional Moroccan
archway - continue straight on through a second
archway. Then take the first small street on the
right, immediate left, follow the street around and
you will find Riad Marrakech Rouge at Number 40.

Doubles with ensuite bathroom: 35 Euros per room per night

Doubles with shared bathroom:  25 Euros per room per night

Mixed Dorms with private bathroom: 13 Euros per person

Mixed Dorms with shared bathroom: 10 Euros per person
