Built in 1902, Victoria Boutique Villa is ideally located in the peaceful, up-market residentialarea of Upper Gardens. Close to trendy and sophisticated cafes and restaurants, in the foothillsof magnificent Table Mountain, minutes from the central business district, the V&A Waterfront,beautiful beaches and magnificent world-class wineries, you can make the Victoria Boutiquevilla your home.

Our Villa comprises five luxury rooms and two garden budget rooms. The Villa rooms blendmodern luxury with the original features of the grand old Victorian home. In your Villa room youwill find comfortable beds with crisp white linen, modern en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, air-conditioning,work station, Wi-Fi internet, flat screen satellite TV, mobile phone, tea/coffeemaking facilities, safe, hairdryer, robes, slippers and built in wardrobes. In addition our VillaSuite - a gracious and charming room - boasts a king size bed, separate bathroom including aclaw- foot bath, and private hall.

Guests can enjoy our full breakfast and sundowners in the dining room or the sunny verandawhich overlooks the sparkling pool. How To Find Us

When departing Cape International, guests are asked
to take the M3 on route to the city centre. Upon
approaching the city centre, guests are asked to
take the N2 (Eastern Boulevard) on route to the
Foreshore. Follow the signs indicating the
Waterfront / Sea Point.
This will take you to the beginning of Buitengracht
Street. Take note of the new Cape Town
International Convention Centre to your left.
Continue along Buitengracht Street following the
signs indicating the Cable Car. Buitengracht Street
then becomes Kloof Nek Road.
Drive along Kloof Nek Road until you reach Kelvin
Street. Turn left and you have reached Victoria
Boutique Villa.
