26 large bedrooms, all with fan, tiles and private toilet and shower with plenty of hot fresh water. Beds in Zaznzibar style with mosquito net. All rooms have large veranda and perfect view of the Indian Ocean.

10 extra large rooms as above but with a seating area and some with extra large veranda with nice seating groups.

2 swimming pools, both with natural salted water (less chemicals, good for both you and our environment).

2 large piers with platforms under makuti roof, perfect for relaxing. Stairs down to the sand. Dolphin tours can start directly from these stairs.

The beach is a mixture of sand and both soft and hard coral. The difference between tide and ebb is about two meters.

Well assorted outdoor bar and comfortable lounge area with fantastic view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets.

Restaurant with mainly sea food of superb quality. All fish and sea food are catched the same day. Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

A very beautiful and peaceful place with few tourists and no salesmen on the beach.

From Zanzibar Town, pass the market place and follow signs L'Oasis Dolphin Beach Hotel all the way to Kizimkazi. About 60km/one hour. Airport/harbour transfer is USD50 each way.
