Description

The holiday house in Blouberg Sands offers 3 bedrooms each with two single beds. The main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath, airconditioning and a sliding door onto the big garden..The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom with shower.

Upon entering this spacious Blouberg Holiday House, one finds a spacious lounge with a dining table for 6 and a cozy lounge with TV and Music Centre, leading onto the braai-room. Through the braai-room you find the sliding -door that leads to the garden with its 3.5 x 7 m pool. The lounge flows into an upmarket and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove an a washing machine in the scullery.

The garden features a roofed patio with pation furniture as well as a big 7 x 3.4 m swimming pool. Blouberg Sands is a short drive away from Blouberg beach. Situated just next to Table View its close to anything you might need from shopping malls, outdoor activities and the Northern Suburbs. With Blouberg being only 20km away from Cape Town, its perfect for someone wanting to see the whole of the Cape Region. Bloubergstrand, located between the foot of the Blouberg and the Atlantic Ocean, is renowned for its stunning view across Table Bay to Table Mountain. This is where the famous picture postcard view of Cape Town and Table Mountain can be enjoyed.

The name Blouberg has its origins from the fact that the Mountain (Blouberg - not Table Mountain as often missunderstood) appears in a blue color when viewed from the ships approaching Cape Town harbour. Well worth visiting are the long white sandy beaches covering the Atlantic coast from Table View through Bloubergrant, Bloubergstrand, Big Bay right to Melkbosstrand, which invite for long walks on the beaches and are the ideal spot for kite surfers and watersport fans. Especially on weekends is this the hot spot for kite surfers, offering them one of the best kite surfing beaches in the world. Although some brave swimmers are occassionaly seen in the water, some protected by wet suites, the water is unfortunately at a steady temperature of 14 degree, which is rather cold for swimming.

But - no problem at all. Jump into our swimming pool and you can swim. Take care in case ou have children with. The pool is not secured for children. We cannot be responsible for children at the pool. Do not leave them unattended while being at the pool

payment in cash or bank transfer only - no credit cards asscepted!
Additional costs: once off payment R750 for end-cleaning. A breakage deposit has to be paid and will be refunded after final inspection when everything is found to be in order.

A 50% deposit will confirm the reservation, the balance is due trhee weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer or in cash on arrival. No refunds are made in case of cancellations, no-show or early departure.
