Everyone is different but here are what gets me through the long runs. Body Glide - anything over 6 miles and I need this for my armpits and feet to prevent rashes and blisters. Bandaids - cover your nipples, seriously. Hydration Pack - Look into them at your local running store, training for long runs are necessary, and there are not any hydration stations along the way.
