To a greater extent what you have said, for the first time, carries so much sense. Apart from poverty there are remote issues such as drugs abuse and teenage violence which apply generally to the north. What will bring about equity or a reduction in the economic disparities is really far fetched. I don't see the benefiting western countries withdrawing from exploiting poor countries in the forsea...by oliver in: Anything Africa
