With your nursing credentials you should be able to get a visa to move to Ireland. Be aware that it is quite expensive to live here but once you are earning euro's things do improve....by alitrace in: South Africa Travel Forum

Unfortunately, as far as I know, you have to skills which are on the critical skills list in order to apply for a work permit. This is if you only have access to a South African passport. Alternatively, if you have an EU passport, the move is much easier. You basically just need enough money to support yourself while you look for work....by alitrace in: South Africa Travel Forum
