I live in fez. I'm applying for residency. They said I had to have a Moroccan bank account. To open an account you need residency. To get an account as a "stranger" here in fez you have to have $10 / 100 dh.. but it has to be opened in your local currency. I've been here a year so I don't have dollars. I can't buy dollars from the exchange without residency/ citizenship. My husband ...
