Setting up a Business on the coast - 15 years ago

Hi, I'm thinking of moving to the coast near Essaouira to set up a tourist business and wondered if its possible to find a rental property with a 1-2 year lease? Ideally it would have several bedrooms and some garden ground. Also, does anyone know how much something like this would cost?
