Insect Collectors, I am a senior biology undergraduate with experience in entomology and invertebrate zoology as well as other fields in ecology/zoology. I really want to travel to Africa and I was thinking a way to offset the cost of travel would be to collect insects in Africa to sell abroad to collectors. Student of myrmecology, I am currently a biology undergraduate student in the U.S. I don't live in Africa (obviously) but I have field experience in the neotropics and elsewhere. I would be willing to travel to Africa to collect ants depending on how good the pay is. How much are you willing to pay and how long term are you thinking of?
